- Unlocked shop items and themes.

This data is stored using SQLite and Shared Preferences directly on the user's device. It is never uploaded to external servers or shared with any third parties.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for specific functionality:

- Internet Access: Used solely for loading technical assets such as fonts.

- Vibration (Haptics): Used to provide physical feedback during gameplay to enhance the user experience.

4. Third-Party Services

The App is built using the Flutter framework and utilizes Google Fonts for its visual interface. These services do not collect personal user data through this App. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics tracking, or third-party marketing SDKs.

5. Children’s Privacy

Mind Quest is intended for users of all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal information, it is fully compliant with global privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Since all game data is stored locally, your information is protected by your device’s own security settings. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored game progress.
